Returns & Exchanges – Policies for Digital and Physical Products
At the Labia Stretching Shop, we are committed to offering high-quality products that support intimate wellness and cultural appreciation. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of many of our products, we have strict return and exchange guidelines in place to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers.
Please review the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Labia Stretching Gear: For health and hygiene reasons, all gear including weights, clamps, and similar items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Digital Products: All digital files—including art prints, coloring books, ebooks, and workbooks—are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once downloaded, these items are considered delivered in full.
Damaged Items – Labia Stretching Gear
If your physical item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item. To request a replacement, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for review.
Damaged Items – Art Prints and Physical Products
If your art prints, canvas pieces, or other physical items arrive damaged, we will be happy to offer a replacement of the same item.
To process a shipping claim, the following steps are required:

You must document the damage with clear photos of the item and the packaging as it arrived.

This documentation is necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

In some cases, you may be required to retain the damaged items and packaging, as the courier may request a pickup to complete their inspection.
We understand this can be inconvenient, but it helps ensure we can process your claim and send you a replacement quickly. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin the damage claim process.
Returns for Physical Art Prints and Products
We do accept returns of certain physical items such as:

Canvas or framed prints
-
Original artwork
-
Other non-intimate, display-based products
However, the following conditions apply:

A restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted returns.

Items returned in a non-original or visibly altered condition will be subject to an additional reduction in refund based on the product’s diminished value.

Items that arrive back to us damaged or improperly packaged are not eligible for any refund.
Return Procedure
If you wish to return an eligible item:

Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Ensure the product is repackaged with appropriate protection (bubble wrap, sturdy box, etc.) to avoid damage.

Ship the product back to us at your own expense.

Once received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging.
